Do we have a meal plan subscription service? YES we do have online Pranaa credit packages which allow you to top up your account and order at a discounted price on our Fresh Meals checkout page. However, we do not have a set menu wherein you are forced to select a certain range of dishes. We operate with an A La Carte menu system which allows you to customize & select only the meals you are interested in. With over 50 vegan and vegetarian dishes a day to select from, we believe this is the most optimal option for our customers. Buying credits will provide you between 5-15% Bonus Credits to use on all of your orders on top of the weekly promotions that are available, including those for Meatless Mondays. Credits also make it easier to check out each time as you do not need to select a payment method when you place an order! Buying credits also allows you to join our Reusable Box Program. Almost all of our packaging is non plastic, with minor exceptions for liquid items such as smoothies & soups, but we do offer our main courses to be delivered in reusable tupperware containers as well. Simply having credits in your account will allow you to select reusable boxes on the checkout page. You can return these boxes back to us anytime with your subsequent orders, just by dropping them back off with our own delivery riders. We have a reusable box tracker in your profile page which will automatically calculate boxes sent & returned. We do not charge you for any missing boxes.
