At the bottom of your screen you will find your Order Summary Invoice. To the left, you are able to add a Promo. Once added, you will see this amount reflected in the invoice.

By selecting an allergen, whenever you click into a menu item in the Zoom description view, an alert will notify you if selected allergens are in that dish. Please note you are still able to order that dish if you wish but the dish will contain your selected allergen! You can view your selected allergens under ‘Allergens’ in ‘My Account’.

Regular customers are recommended to sign up for store credits which provide bonus credits & entitle you to use our reusable box program.

Reusable Box option is only available to Customers who purchase Pranaa Credits. In the Order Summary page, you will see the option to tick Reusable Boxes next to the item for any item that has a Reusable Box option. Alternatively, at the top of the page you can tick ‘Select Reusable For All’ in the scenario you want Reusable Boxes for all possible items.

Yes, you are able to increase or decrease the number of each item by clicking + or - for each item in your Order Summary. However, if you want to add an item you haven’t selected yet, please go back to the Homepage to add. Please note, if you remove items and your total order value for that specific delivery goes below 200, it will take you back to the Home Page automatically.

Yes, you can scroll over Your Cart icon on the top right of the page to see a summary of your order before clicking ‘Go To Checkout’.

You can view a summary of all Current and Past Orders under ‘Orders’ in ‘My Account’
